I started my career in the strategic offices of the Gobernación de Antioquia under Governor Sergio Fajardo — learning early that the most consequential work happens in the room where decisions are made, not at the drawing board.
Over 14 years I've worked across Colombia, Washington DC, and Europe — advising developers, coordinating complex residential projects, and building a parallel practice in watercolor that sharpens the same instincts I bring to every build.
Now based in Sitges, I work as an independent consultant — primarily serving a long-term development client in Washington DC, and open to new collaborations with developers, builders, and investors.

Co-founded a real estate marketing studio serving developers and individual clients across the DC area. Measured and documented floor plans for more than 200 residential units and few multifamily buildings for listing and marketing purposes. Provided end-to-end support for properties going to market — from site visits and condition reports to bathroom renovations and touch-up coordination. Designed a residential renovation in Baltimore and produced 3D exploded models and marketing visuals for developer clients.

Help coordinating all aspects of architectural projects from schematic design through construction — industrial, commercial, and residential. Led the technical development, budgeting, and procurement process for an industrial corn mill in Cereté, Córdoba — a master-plan project with a 50-person interdisciplinary team. Conducted bimonthly on-site visits to supervise construction of the first phase.

Selected through a competitive excellence programme to join the private office of Governor Sergio Fajardo during the landmark "Antioquia la más Educada 2012–2015" initiative. Participated in strategic meetings, tracked progress on key infrastructure projects, and supported the 80 Parques Educativos de Antioquia programme — one of the most significant public education infrastructure initiatives in the country's recent history.
